1) Who we are & what we do

Construct A Cab designs and fabricates custom and prefabricated elevator cab interiors for projects such as new construction, modernization, and retrofits. The Website provides information about our products and lets prospective customers contact us for quotes and project consultations. The Website itself is informational; any quotes, proposals, purchase orders, and warranties are governed by separate written terms provided at the time of sale.

2) Eligibility & use

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Website. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
